Kasidit Mockmongkonkul is currently working as an associate at Bangkok Global Law Offices, starting from August 2024. Prior to the current position, he was a tax associate lawyer at KPMG Poomchai Tax Ltd. and Deloitte Thailand, the Big 4 accounting firms. With more than 3 years of experience in the tax field, he has a strong foundation in tax advisory and compliance as well as M&A and corporate and commercial matters. His area of focus includes tax advisory on foreign direct investment, corporate taxation, tax restructuring, tax due diligence, domestic and offshore M&A, company registration, real estate registration, and advice on general legal matters.

• Providing legal advices in all aspects concerning corporate matters to Thai and foreign-owned companies. These legal advices include companies’ incorporation, planning of shareholding structure and controlling power of stakeholders, restructuring companies, investment law covering businesses promoted by the Board of Investment (BOI) and the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), foreign business law, and other civil law matters.
• Providing all necessary corporate documents required by law and submitting the documents to the relevant authorities of Thailand, such as, registration of corporate documents with the Department of Business Development (the DBD); VAT registration and request for Private Tax Letter Rulings with the Revenue Department (the RD); and real estate registration with the Department of Lands (the DoL).
• Providing legal advice and prepared necessary documents in perspective of labor law (e.g., Employment handbooks and Employment work rules), real estate law and general commercial-related law;
• Drafting and reviewing agreements related to corporate and commercial law i.e., Share Purchase Agreement, Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Agreement, Agreements on sale and purchase of Lands and Buildings, Shareholders Agreement, Lease Agreement, and Transportation and Tank Rental Agreement etc.
• Providing Tax Due Diligence for various industries (e.g., international school, multimedia company, and used-car distributor company)
• Providing a tax restructuring and business reorganization for leading industrial power producer companies to optimize and utilize the establishment of holding companies in foreign countries as well as advising a tax restructuring for various family businesses (i.e., vehicle manufacturing, chemical, cosmetic, and garment) through EBT, PBT, or amalgamation scheme as well as assisted in implementation process regarding respective restructuring plan.
• Preparing and providing business tax and legal articles regarding taxation, e-service tax, and updated tax and legal regulations.
