• Providing legal advices in all aspects concerning corporate matters to Thai and foreign-owned companies. These legal advices include incorporation of companies, investment law covering businesses promoted by the Board of Investment (BOI), foreign business law, and other civil law matters.
• Providing all necessary corporate documents required by law and submitting the documents to the relevant authorities of Thailand, such as, registration of corporate documents with the Department of Business Development (the DBD); and registration of social security funds with the Social Security Office (the SSO);
• Providing legal advices and prepared necessary documents in perspective of labour law, personal data protection law, environmental law, inheritance tax and gift tax, compliance with factory law and general commercial-related law;
