Sanyakrit Ngamkerdsiri joined Bangkok Global Law Offices as an Associate in March 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Tax Associate at Deloitte Thailand from 2023 to early 2025, where he gained practical experience in domestic and international tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, agreement reviewing and tax due diligence projects.

In relation to his areas of legal practice—namely Corporate and Commercial Law, Investment Law, and Litigation—he provides a wide range of legal services, including:

• Providing legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters for Thai and foreign-owned entities, including foreign business law, investment promotion, environmental regulations, city planning, factory operations, and applicable civil and commercial laws. Responsibilities include legal research and coordination with government authorities on relevant legal issues.
• Providing tax advisory services on international business tax implications, including matters related to the permanent establishment of non-resident investment entities, the application of double tax agreements, and tax considerations in mergers, acquisitions, and tax implication on capital and debt injection.
• Conducting legal due diligence on environment law and foreign exchange control act for investment bank to study the feasibility of providing the corporate loan to company in Thailand
• Reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including sale and purchase agreements for recycled water, security and IT infrastructure contracts, lease agreements, and service facility agreements.

Providing legal articles on various legal matters to reflect the current legal updates in Thailand
