Experience:

Advised clients on the incorporation and shareholding structure of foreign-owned companies in connection with businesses seeking promotion from the Board of Investment (“BOI”) and/or projects located in areas under the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (“IEAT”) and/or the Eastern Economic Corridor (“EEC”).
Drafted Requests for Proposal, Invitations to Tender, and Public-Private Partnership Agreements in relation to public-private partnership projects between the Port Authority of Thailand and private sector entities.
Conducted legal due diligence on target companies in connection with the financing of projects in Thailand.
Represented clients in various litigation matters, including civil cases, criminal cases, labour cases, and international trade cases; drafted pleadings and other court documents and developed legal strategies for any disputes arisen from the Court of First Instance through to the Supreme Court.
Contributed to the World Bank’s Doing Business project.
